I posted something on the NRA facebook page and the guy from NPR messaged me.
Regarding any "ban" the NRA says what it always says, follow local law. In the Music Center where the show floor and most of the events are you can carry. It is only in the Bridgestone arena where the Saturday night concert is you can't, and that has nothing to do with the NRA.
This was actually a false rumor started by Shannon Watts of the MOM's.
