I'm a skinny guy and can conceal a full sized 1911 under an untucked shirt if I have to. I think it has more to do with the holster and being more aware of how you bend and stretch. Printing is bound to happen, but no one has ever called me out, even with a 30mph breeze pushing my shirt against the gun. The general population just doesn't pay that much attention to those around them.
