If you plan on carrying whenever you are not working, then I would bring it to work and lock it securely in your vehicle. The type of security chosen for your vehicle could partly be based on the neighborhood you work and also how high on the list is your car of one that is stolen. I agree with one of the other posts, you still must stop at red lights or train tracks. let us know when you decide and how you choose to secure it. I will have the same problem due to working in a GFZ building.
