While we debate Glock vs. Springfield polymer, etc. sitting on the sidelines thinking how quaint this all sounds is the 100 year old design that still shoots better than all the rest.
You know what I am talking about - the 1911.
You saw the picture of my Springfield TRP, here is a greatreview of this particular model. Some say the best production pistol made. I have found nothing to dispute that.
