Trump Once Said Of Guns: “Nothing I Like Better Than Nobody Has Them”
Donald Trump is a big supporter of gun rights. The Donald has made that clear in the days since the mass shooting at a community college in Oregon.
“I can make the case that if there were guns in that room other than the shooter’s, fewer people would have died. Fewer people would have been so horribly injured,” Trump said on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday.

What the heck is there to be perplexed about?
Is Hillary better?
There, that's all. Like Chris Cox of the NRA said when endorsing Trump...(highly paraphrased) "Jeez guys, get over your freekin's selves, grow up already. This is damn serious, and we can't afford your little girl crying"

I am responding to my post. That was a little harsh, but it is still true.
We have Trump in large part because we have Obama, and we have Obama in large part because the same conservatives who say they won't vote for Trump also did not vote for Romney.
Continually shooting yourself in the foot is not the same as sticking to your principles.

I get what you are saying, but we need to look at the history as well that everyone has issues with. The establishment picking our candidate for years that we all complained about because they forced us to get on board. How is this different? My post was to inform. I will vote. I am not one of them who will stay home... although in Illinois, it makes no difference. It is so blue, it has turned purplish-black! Hillary will get all.

I wasn't directing this at you personally.
Here is some history to consider. Many years ago (1985) the conservatives in Illinois got sick of Chuck Percy's conservative talk and moderate/liberal actions, so they worked to oust him. That gave us Paul Simon which in turn gave us ***** Durbin.
So the question to my conservative partners - "how did that work out for you?"

Ugh! Try reading that King/Trump transcipt and I couldn't make sense of what they were saying. Is Trump really against "assault" rifles? If so, he's no better than Hilary.
