pretty intense drills. Having that control and focus would be very valuable.

Crazy training! No way I'd be an obstacle. I was interested in the early drill where the Amercan was taking rounds into his vest. He didn't even move! Either those are very light loads, or this dude weighs 300+ lbs. Right?
