And we work very hard to keep that balance and to put ourselves in the best position to deescalate, and that’s what you saw.” you know the time has come for citizens to consider the need to defend themselves. There seem to be more and more stories out there where law breaking is no longer considered law breaking and is being sanctioned by government. The third link below describes a situation where police were asked for assistance and refused to intervene. I call this "desensitization of the citizenry," but maybe it's just me.[i]
