Does anyone else LOVE the 10/22 like I do? So many times I just take one with to the range to plink. Such a fun, accurate 22LR, so much so that I bought a second one!

Mine has been sitting in safe for over a year. If i didn't have kids I'd sell it. My girls have an M&P 22 that they like to shoot. Problem is that they are really starting to enjoy the 9's now which means the M&P probably won't be seeing as much action as it has in the past.

They are fantastic rifles, and there are plenty of customization options for them, as well as replacement parts being very accessible!

Mike25, it could be worse... My daughter (23 years old) says to me that she likes her guns like her men, bigger is better, and takes the Ruger Gunsite out of the safe to take to the range... Lets just say some of these type comments are ones Dad's can do without... LOL

I'd have to agree but still funny

I was looking at one a while ago. I picked up a savage 64 instead. Seemed like a pretty cool gun, maybe one day

Mine is only reliable with jacketed ammo so I almost never take it out. Lots of fun though.

That's strange. Out of all my .22LR firearms, my 10/22 is the one that shootx EVERYTHING I put in it.

Yeah, I'm not sure if its the bolt or the spring but it fails about once per three shots with the cheap lead ammo. It either crushes the bullet into a bent shape back into the magazine or flattens the nose on the chamber face.

I plan on it, but I've got a marlin 60, a savage mk2, a Stevens 87, a winchester 52, and a buckmark carbine that all run fine with the cheap stuff so its low on the priority list.

I love my 10/22. I'm on about my 4th one since I bought my 1st I bought, sold, bartered them for until I picked up a stainless which I'll keep for good ...unless I decide to pop for a takedown.

I like the stainless versions of the 10/22 best. So reliable and accurate, Squirrels FEAR them.

I'm stuck using mine to shoot paper for now. Wish I had some land to plink.

Me too, but I just love the 10/22... I am thinking 22LR ammo will be back in stock just in time to be bought up because of the election 2 years off...

But it really was a great day for the Second Amendment. A lot of anti-American gun grabbers were 'retired' this election. We don't need their kind.

Yes it was a great day! But let's not forget...the fight is not over yet. It's time to start thinking 2015 mid-terms and 2016 elections.

I like the plastic stock versions, in stainless... Adds a cool factor, although I can understand the "classic" look too! I love my 10/22's...
