That Obama ordered the Justice department to investigate for prosecution 'Climate Deniers'. The democrat party is far to the left that they now feel free to attack First amendment rights in the open? They hate the bill or rights. Under Herr Obama's leadership Free speech, Freedom to practice religion (unless you are Muslim), the Second Amendment, and the 4th are all under attack.

I saw that. This is truly getting sickening. My kid's former science teacher is a believer in the "climate change" conspiracy theory. We got to talking about it a couple years ago at the school's open house. She said that I have to recognize that we have some effect on what is happening. I flat out told her that, no, I don't. I also asked her why the theory only goes by the data for the last 100-150 years. I stated that this is less then 1% of 1% of all available data and that it doesn't matter, if you adhere to the "Big Bang Theory" or "Creationism", it is still less than 1% of 1%. I then asked what other scientific field would allow a theory to be considered fact based on the minority of all available evidence. She had no response to this and the conversation shifted to something else.

This is a fairly old story. It has certainly been proposed, but is not going anywhere. There is no basis whatsoever to mount a prosecution. There are no laws being broken, so what would be prosecuted?
