If you hold a valid CCP issued in the last 5 years, then you do not have to undergo a new background check if purchasing a new gun. Thank you AG Strange for standing up and fighting for our constitutional rights.

We've had that here in West Virginia for around a year now. It makes buying a firearm as convenient as a six pack, if you have the permit.
