This is a case where justice would have been a fine and probation until they passed and shown they can be more accurate.

This was a blatant witch hunt trying to make an example and/or be able to try and say the entire industry is careless to lay a foundation of future attacks.

I agree. There are many ways that the GOV can or will coerce to their purposes

This is strangely reminiscent of the government's SWAT raid on Gibson guitars in 2011, where the confiscated hundreds of guitars on the premise that they might have broken foreign laws. I'm sure it was a coincidence that the Gibson CEO was a strong conservative supporter.
