This is a joke I don't see any way you can make the seller liable. Like blaming ford if I crash my truck one night driving drunk. I don't think this will go very far.

Just goes to show you how far the Socialists will go. They must disarm the citizens to get rid of the Constitution to install their utopian ideals of massive government, and to suppress Liberty and Freedom.

I think that Kaine knows that. We're in a period of "We know this plan won't do a damn bit of good but we've got to do something!" idiocy.

It'll get him a few votes next election from unthinking dolts because "at least he tried!"

If rambling writings are the criteria for prohibiting someone from owning a gun, I guess I had better turn mine in now.... which reminds me I need to pick up milk on the way home.

The case law on this is already decided. This law would get struck down.

2013: Brady sued Armslist and the judge said it was too stupid to even get to court. http://blogs.wsj.com/law/2013/08/02/judg...rketplace/

2014: Then the 7th Curcuit agreed it was that stupid. https://www.nraila.org/articles/20140815...list-again

2015: Brady sues The Lucky Gunner. That too was thrown out and the plaintiff was order to pay legal fees as a reminder of how stupid these are since the Brady's didn't learn the first time. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015...al-fees-a/
