At least one of the two dopes was on the FBI watch list but apparently they weren't bothering to watch that closely. Maybe it was a poker night.

Unfortunately you can not make it difficult for guys like this wha probably don't have a record and may have falsified documents without making it difficult for the law abiding citizen.
