This is not the Kalashnikov company that you all are thinking of. This is just a renamed RWC taking advantage of Kalashnikov Concern not being able to use their copyright in this country due to Obama's unconstitutional ban. This will in no way allow for new Russian made Izmash weapons to enter the country and the stuff they had at Shot Show wasn't anything to write home about. All they had were poorly done Saiga conversions. The CEO of Kalashnikov Concern made it very clear in a recent interview that they are in no way affiliated at this point and if the ban is lifted there could be legal action taken against Kalashnikov USA. I'm more interested in seeing how Polish firm Radom's efforts at getting a factory going here in the States goes. For some reason the Molot plant in Russia isn't covered by the ban and so Veprs are still able to be imported. For the time being if you want US assembled AKs stick with a Century C39, DDi, Definitive Arms, Atlantic Arms, Rifle Dynamics, or Krebs.
