OnTarget is $250 and you get all hours half price. Every hour you go you "get back" $10. So with the same 10 visits you pay $150. If you go twice a month, OnTarget is free.
The values at GTR are the active duty/vet package because you are basically getting the perks for free and the highest package (I don't remember the name of it) which also gets you the perks for free or thereabouts. The highest package is for instructors or people who know they will shoot one a week or more. The rest you are paying for the perks.
