I've sent letters to the Governor , Illinois state police, Illinois attorney general, my state representatives, state senator asking to explain to me the purpose of the law when it comes to a license concealed carry holder and the waiting period for new rifle and handguns purchase when I'm at the gun store buying a gun and at the same time having my concealed carry gun on me. I have not heard back with a answer from any one above as of today and I have sent this letter out every 30 days for the last 7 months. then again it maybe the post office that has to be it.
