I couldn't find the newest that stipulates that it applies to the federal government but here's the one that contains the same provision applied to state officials:

It's in the very last section of the statute at the bottom of the page. I like that not only does it prohibit confiscation but also registration as we do not have a firearm registry. The new provision was actually an amendment to another law which makes things hard to find.
