Right now IWI is going to be bringing over the two variants of the Galil ACE in 7.62x39mm, originally said to be in April. Some reports say as early as February now. One will be a full sized rifle and the other a pistol/SBR. I'm hoping that they bring over the 7.62x51mm variants in the future. My grandfather had one of the original Galils in 7.62x51mm and it was a blast to fire. It's basically the Israeli's take on the AK having been copied from captured AKs and then improved upon. The military versions come in 5.56x45mm, 7,62x39mm, and 7.62x51mm. Here's IWI's webpage for it:

One of the things I like about it is the handguard. It comes from the factory with integrated 1913 rails that have perfectly matched covers that form a rounded handguard when they're installed. Depending on what you put on the rails the covers have integrated push-through buttons for pressure switches used to activate lasers or lights. For example you could put a laser that uses a corded pressure switch on the righ side and run the switch through the weapon to under the button on the left side so there would be no exposed wires. As you can see in the video below it also has a full length top rail that is in two parts. I also like how the safety is utilized. It has an abbreviated AK style safety on the right side but on the left side it has a pistol style safety that can easily be manipulates by the thumb of a right handed shooter. Here's a press release video from IWI:
Here's another video from Military Arms that has more info:
When it comes to the offerings from DPMS and PTR, I'm very familiar with those. PTR makes a good G3 clone.
