What I like about the brass stacker is I can take it off the still have the Mosin in original condition.
That's one of the reasons I am not looking at the original PU scope as I don't have a bent bolt and don't want to alter the rifle.
Also, the scope I get now may get re-purposed to an actual pistol some day.
Like I said I want to do this for educational purposes on using and siting a scope, not necessarily shooting better groups.
Of course we all know the real need for a Mosin - stabbing zombies with the bayonet...
