Unless the case is a NATO case or has a +P in the head stamp, you cant load it beyond normal SAMMI standards... I see some +P in GAT brass occasionally and NATO brass. The NATO stuff is 0.0015 to 0.002" thicker . That means it can handle the pressure but it also has less volume so definitely will see higher pressure in the initial micro seconds of ignition.
