Good, glad that makes sense. The only cure for the occasional stove pipe with 115's in small guns is to up the powder charge. This is why Blazer ammo is so hot, they build it that way deliberately to make sure the little guns will cycle. Remington, UMC and even some Win White Box is not so hot so you will see issues. By the time you get to a 4" or longer barrel you can shoot the lighter loads without problem, but now the Blazer ammo which is under pressure even longer, is really hot... Again heaver (to an extent) is better. 147's have such a significant muzzle flip, you notice it even more in the light, small guns. I load custom 147's for some IDPA folks who want to use small guns or guys who are shooting a lot of steel but pretty much the sweet spot is 124/125.
