Ditch Medicine in my opinion is for a lay person. It provides detailed pictures of things and is pretty much field based medicine (assumes drug availability and supplies). A lot is battle field type medicine. I can understand it so, and I have no prior medical training other than some first aid.
The other two books are geared more for the medical profession thrust into a post SHTF secenario and battlefield issues.
Still a wealth of medical information.
