I think most hunters spend the majority of their time outdoors hunting and they have very little time to spend online. Seriously.

So you asked for successful hunting photos/stories?

Here's my custom Marlin 336 chambered for .35 Remington. 16" barrel, forward mounted Leupold 2.5x Scout Scope. I took this 215 pound wild boar at 52 yards from a standing, offhand position, firing downhill. Hit him through his left shoulder, left lung, directly through his heart, through the right lung, and then out the right side ribs. He dropped, dead right there in the heavily wooded hills of Tennessee. Remington 200 grain soft point.

This was a mallard drake I took in Boone County, Illinois last year with my Mossberg 935:

Just spent the last three days in the duck blind, but nothing yet. Saw and called geese several times. Got them in close enough one time, but my hunting partner missed his two shots. Ugh. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a better duck season this year. "They" say there are 46 million mallards this year (up from 36 million last year), due to excellent wetland breeding conditions up north. I just hope some of them fly over where I'm hunting. Mallard duck breast marinated in Island Teriyaki sauce with garlic, wrapped in bacon, and the grilled on skewers! Yum!
