Most of the little planning I've done includes up to like 3 people... I want to get a bag ready that would last me a couple of days, whether I have people with me or not. I know it's not the best thing to lean on, but I'd be trying to save my emergency rations and eating from places that I could get any food from, in order to save what I have.
Also, I like your current stash for the house as far as having enough there to live on for a while. I would do the same if I could as far as stay until forced out.
Did you take water supply into consideration? from drinking water, to any water needed to prepare food?
