Ryan, I was thinking about a class room environment in a gun shop. A holstered weapon to me is like a encased weapon. And Mike is certainly correct about crazy people. I think it may have to do with insurance reasons. Some range rules are in my mind are silly. Like the one round in a rifle, and 5 in a pistol. Why 5? is that safer than 4 or 6?
All I am saying, is the range and gun store owner can set whatever policies they want. I am sure that insurance companies might dictate policies I think are goofy.
