Well....if the gun is concealed, and it stays there, the should be ZERO chance of an incident. Should be no difference from a restaurant to a gun shop/Range.
Bass pro does allow to use your concealed firearm to use at the range. I wouldn't allow that, but they claim that folks have signed a waiver, so....
Regardless, holstering at BP shouldn't be any different that doing at home.
