Weight becomes important. And bugout weight even more so, as you may not have anywhere to go, or any pre-disposed supplies. Medical, food, ammo become much more important. Fire and Water purification paramount as well. Remember, refugees usually get killed, interned or become slave labor. Have a plan to go somewhere. And pretty much any plan is better than none.
