I tend to agree. Most shootings in Illinois are in Chicago. And those are concentrated on the South and West sides. I then to credit bad weather, and better police work. Since there are few CCW permits in those Chicago neighborhoods, it would be hard to draw that conclusion. However, I am sure crime is down everywhere else.

My thoughts is how are the crime rates determined from year to year. Give any statistician the numbers they could be "adjusted" to be favorable especially during an election year. Thumbs up
