RWhite135, thanks for the tip! Also you are on point with why I want to build it into a pistol. I already have a "Standard" AR-15 in 5.56 with a 16" barrel. So I thought the suppressed pistol would be a cool option to add to the home armory. The .300 AAC is because the good sized caliber, and the ability to purchase supersonic, or subsonic ammo.
N BradBerry, I definitively have to look up my exact rules for that... I just moved to Wisconsin so I need to get everything in order. i would like to do the 80% build though... we'll see where I'm at when i actually jump into building it.
Far as the buffer tubes, and pistol braces, do you guys have any thoughts on ones you'd recommend staying away from? I like those pistol buffer tubes... but I was thinking of aiming towards the brace
