I do think that if anyone wanted to kill in mass, that they would find a way to do it. Be it a bumpstock, pressure cooker, or a boxcutter on a plane. It is over time that we stop looking at the devise and look at the mentally sick person, that it seems to always be if not a jihadist. I'm not sure how you would do it, but to not give the person the fame of being all over the news. Then I think it's time to look at the medicines that cause these kinds of side effects. I know someone on facebook that I was concerned about enough to call their local police and report their depressed psychotic behavior. The officers knew about this guy and he was going to talk to him.
