What the h--- were these 10 people doing on the terrorist watch list?

The no fly, no guns don't make sense. We know the government isn't doing their job with the gun shop owner calling the FBI when the shooter from Florida tried to buy a gun from his shop, but they are taking the easy, slippery slop way out. IMO
