More government overcontrol, however most of these counties you really can't hunt in anyway due to over development, right? The last part is what concerns me "Preempts a home rule unit located in the counties of Cook, Lake, Will, and DuPage from regulating the discharge of firearms in a manner inconsistent with these provisions". I wouldn't even consider hunting in any of these counties anyway. You can't spit in any direction without hitting someone's private property.
