Can we have the same logic applied to other rights...
The right to vote, to have an abortion, to practice the Islamic religion? I think the exact same procedures need to be followed before we allow anyone to exercise their 1st or 4th Amendment rights...
I can hear the liberals screaming now about the full background check on Voting or a 3 day waiting period for an abortion or the state deciding you cannot be a Muslim...
