I have one cursed at one customer in 3+ years of the shop being opened.
This particular customer shakes so much that he's been name "Shaky Mike", (Mike is not his real name, but didn't want to use his name). He wanted a versa clip on his carry gun, and took a loaded gun, pointing it direclty at me with horrible tremure. I could help but yell, "WHAT THE f%@#$ ARE YOU DOING". Later that day, I couldn't help but wonder how many more of our students just didn't get it. He had taken his 16 hours of training with us, what could we have done different.
I really couldn't come up with anything other than being bold with people. Some folks just don't get it. I've seen this individual a few times since. I'm always polite, but now, he guns it in his pants.
