The government has been attacking all of the bill of rights... Pretty soon even the 3rd Amendment may be under attack... No Soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. Think Jade Helm, and other so called training...
The 7th amendment has long been ignored... the 8th amendment on excessive fines as well... Although a strong case can be made for the simple fact that $20 was the amount discussed. And this was the amount mentioned in the 7th amendment.
Sadly, big government will grow to crush Liberty and Freedom. Slowly as is happening here or quickly as happened in Nazi Germany.
