What happened to innocent until proven guilty. Surely all assets are technically legitimate until a person is found guilty; if that occurs, by all means confiscate ill-gotten gains. Of course if the President thinks that the Constitution is a bad thing (which I have heard him say), then what can you expect from the rest of the government.
