Dutz, thank you for your argument. Being that I am from the People's Republic of Illinois, I keep forgetting this is a RIGHT, not a privilege. as such would we issue 'tickets' for irresponsibly voting democrat? And take that right away because you did? You are correct, that the issue is one for the courts to decide liability, if some harm were to happen. I don't know what I was thinking, but you are RIGHT ON!
