I agree. According to FNC, the guy only shot at police and the one injury to someone inside the theater was a superficial cut one guy got on his shoulder from an axe the shooter had.
Sounds like he had an airsoft gun and backpacks filled with fake bombs. He only used pepper spray inside the theater. Not as bad as it originally sounded, but this dude was messed up. He needed to be dealt with.
I'm just glad the only life lost was his. Oddly enough, I read an article this morning about how 1 in 3 movie goers would like to have armed security and metal detectors at movie theaters, but aren't willing to pay more for tickets to cover the cost involved.
