I would have done almost the same. I probably would have sent it over to ZEV Technologies and let them do a little customization to it. As I have said before, my brother loves his Glocks and he also does a lot of customization to them. A friend of his has had ZEV Technologies do a lot of modifications and turn some Glock pistols into really bad A$$ little shooters. I have not had the chance to shoot any of them but they are sweet looking. His buddy just had a customized AR built for comp by ZEV Technologies and spent just under 8k on it. Little out of my price range but it is a sweet rifle. Junk, no.
