rwhite, it uses Pmag's SR/LR308, which come in 10 and 20 rd versions... For a bolt gun, I think you can get by fine with 8 mags.
I have a semi-auto set up and I think 16 x 20rd are enough. So toss in another $30 for a sling and $100 FOR 5 x Pmags (it comes with 3)... still under $2850...

Quite the rifle, 5R rifling included... adjustible trigger pull... WOW... This will set the standard for new long range shooting (over 1000 yds). The only downside to this rifle is that I am likely to see one at my spring shoot, and it should be superior to my DPMS set up... argh...
