You will not be able to change the culture of violence 60 years of democrat policies have created. In every city controlled by democrats the people accepting their handouts have a long culture of violence. The complete breakdown of family, the public option in education, and the racial victimhood, has created this culture. Let the democrats live in their own utopia.
BTW the over/under this weekend was 13.5 and there were only 9 deaths, so I would say it was less than expected. The number of shootings should have resulted in more dead.
