You can go ahead and order it. They will of course want the (RDA's) FFL information. Then just stop by RDA, fill out the paperwork and pay the fees, and when it comes in they will call you. The nice thing is if you go in and fill out the paper work, by the time it arrives you can take it home. RDA makes the process so easy.
