With each purchase send a thank you (email, regular mail, etc.) that offers a 10% discount off your next ammo purchase when you sign up for a new login on the forum, and maybe another one after your first 100 posts, by then they should be hooked.
You might need to track the login and limit 1 per email, otherwise we might end up with Ringo3632 and Ringo3633 and Ringo3634 and Ringo3635....
