There goes the word "Register" again. These guys will not stop until every gun (except theirs) is confiscated and destroyed or at least locked up for them to use. Why don't they just come out and say "We want to control every aspect of your life and you have no option". Then we can take up arms and start all over! I......never mind I need to go home and have a glass or two of wine... Do I need to ask for permission from the Overlords for that?
