The 3 guns that have stood out far and away as the best feeling when the gun fires are the three metal ones - Beretta 92, Springfield 1911 TRP (which I own), and the Ruger Super Redhawk (which I want to own).
It is simply not even close. I own two poly guns for the reasons you would think, the same ones Ringo has (smart man) the XDm and XDs, but if all I did was walk up to shoot and you handed me a gun, give me metal.
