I have dealt with a lot of different manufacturer over the years here are just a few.
Sig Sauer- AMAZING! best service I have had. They are on the ball and very good at communication. Sent them a gun without a case (customer didnt have it) for a small issue that was out of my hands. They sent it back promptly with a new case and manual and cleaning stuff. I have always figured that Sigs are a bit more expect but you are getting support.
Bond Arms- Had a customer gun I was working on. all the internal parts were rusted very badly. I called time and ordered the parts. They ended up sending everything for free and even paid for the shipping.
Savage Arms- One of my moron friends broke the barrel lug on my shotgun. Called them and they give me the shipping label. Shipped it out and a few weeks later got the gun back. They had put the new mag tube from the newest version and it give me an extra 2 shells. Did not ask or it nor was I complain.
I really havent had any horrible or bad service with any company. Some are just a pain to deal with...Eg. Taurus
