I wouldn't carry mine, it's a tank (6"), but it's a joy to shoot. I would like to pick up an SP101 for pocket or ankle carry/BUG at some point. I'm not in love with Ruger's semi-autos, but they make one hell of a wheel gun.
As for semi-auto, I'll cling to my two Walther's: P99QA .40 and PPK/S .380
