It just goes to show you to what level Rabbits will go for a free hand out... Now if they were people, they would vote themselves more free handouts.
I say the only way to reduce the number of hand out seekers is stop the free handouts, and let the rabbits be rabbits. Now of they were people, I would suggest Abortions. They will reduce the number of freeloaders, and they will fight for the 'right' to do so. Support Abortion, think how many millions more democrats there would be without.
