This could be dangerous. I'd want to inspect the stations... Perhaps they can cuff and detain illegal aliens, and wanted felons at the source. That would get me behind the program.

If this were a true news story and not from the Onion it would be even more hilarious. Can you imagine the amount of blood vessels that Rahm Emanuel would burst if someone proposed this in the Windy City.
