Obama on Australian Gun Control - RJDSRT - 06-14-2014 This if frightening stuff. Although this is nothing new to us, we have already known this is their plan. ABC News story The fight for our rights is never over. When Australia and many other countries confiscate the arms of the public, only criminals are armed. Violent crime skyrockets and the people are left defenseless. It is simple logic that the left is incapable of understanding. RE: Obama on Australian Gun Control - BelieveIn308 - 08-21-2014 The left is not interested in 'rights'. Rights get in the way of their utopian, socialist vision. To them it's about control and central planning and forcing you to accept their vision as correct. The problem with socialism is people that are innovative, productive and hard working cease to be so. Everyone grows poorer, until they throw off the shackles of socialism. Everyone should read Atlas Shrugged... It normally is banned by the socialist educational establishment. They feared government. The Second Amendment is not about Hunting or protecting one's self against crime. It's about seeing as Danton said "Man has the rights he can Defend". It is there to protect the 'Bill of Rights' and the 'Constitution' from men who would ignore the Constitution. It is needed today, more than any other time in my lifetime. |
